The Challenge

Westbourne Construction Group is a home renovation contractor serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, from kitchens and bathrooms to basements and full home renovations. The business had no website and was competing in one of the most crowded local search markets in Canada. Homeowners compare several contractors before they call, so the site had to look premium, answer real planning questions, and show up for searches in every city across the GTA, not just downtown Toronto.

Our Solution

We designed and built a multipage Next.js website around the way homeowners actually plan a renovation, then expanded it into a full local SEO structure covering every service and every city in the GTA.

12 dedicated service pages, each with a 1,500+ word planning guide, FAQs and a preselected quote form

The Results

The first version went live in 3 days. Over the following six weeks the site grew to 64 indexable pages, giving Westbourne a dedicated landing page for every service and every major city in the GTA. Lighthouse lab tests scored 100 for SEO and 91 or higher for mobile performance on every page tested.
